Private Messages
Messages are visible only to their participants. Members can report concerns to administrators, and recipients must opt in to receive new messages.
Private Video Feedback
Share a training video link and a question for instructor review. Submissions are saved to the private instructor inbox, not the public community feed or automatically emailed. Feedback is provided as availability allows and is not a guaranteed coaching benefit.

Your public display name is separate from your account email. Directory listing and messaging are off by default.

Community Standards & Moderator Actions
Respectful disagreement is welcome. Bullying, personal attacks, repeated unwanted contact, threats, slurs, stalking, harassment, and sharing another person's private information are not allowed. You can warn a member, temporarily mute posting and messaging, or suspend access to the Community Hub while leaving their purchased training library intact.
Warnings, mutes and suspensions are recorded. Each member can report harassment or block another member. Pending reports preserve evidence past 30 days until reviewed.

This affects only the Community Hub. Founding/VIP purchases, student lessons, and progress are never suspended or erased by moderation.

Photos attached to discussion posts automatically expire after 30 days unless you choose Keep. Profile pictures are never included in the 30-day cleanup. Hidden posts and open abuse reports preserve their photos for review.
